I am disappointed. I ordered a sandwich online and it was missing all of the fixings I ordered, mayo, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil. I had a dry sandwich and only a 30 minute lunch so I wouldn’t be able to have them correct. Please have employees pay attention to the detail. Customers pay for their food, mistakes happen but can easily be prevented.
I went to this location at just after 6 PM on a wednesday. I was not greeted by any of the three employees I saw after waiting 10 minutes. An employee finally apologized for the wait and asked what I wanted I said it's OK it will be mentioned in my review, at this time she said "I can always refuse service" at this point I walked out. There are a lot of other places on Highland Ave where I can get a lot less attitude and much better service.
The sandwich was not good at all
Went there at 8 when they open but it is still closed then at 815 to get a breakfast to warm up after graveyard shift but still closed and get glared at by two women just sitting there in the dining area
I really need to talk to the manager about an employee in trapping. My car would not allow me to back up. Both employees were out of the store and nobody was monitoring the store attacking me. I really need to speak to a manager immediately
