Subway

We came and ordered a sandwich and asked them to warm it up but they didn’t. The lettuce lucked unfresh as well as the pickles. She talked to us in a rude manner and crumbled our napkins when we asked for extra. This was a foot long that was supposed to be 13 dollars but came out 28. This is the worst subway we ever had.

Just tried the new pretzel! It was the worst tasting, absolutely unedible pretzel ever! Only2inches in the middle was soft pretzel,the rest was rock hard. Why are you even selling that garbage

They were serving a lot of homeless people there. The food is good. Their footlong cookies are too oily for my liking.

The Subway located on J St. Between 12th -13th is better than the one a few blocks down.

Sadly today at 11:25 at this SUBWAY I was denied SERVICE. The store manager Kevin Gowens didn't like my attitude. First he would say he couldn't hear my voice and to be louder, but that's strange because he seemed to not have a problem hearing me in the first part of my order since half the sandwich has been made. Yes the sandwich is almost complete and all I am doing is ordering the ingredients, but I get nothing! I left, but came back after a few minutes to get his name. In our conversation we concluded that we both have attitudes, the only thing is he didn't like my attitude so I didn't get a sandwich. Big question mark!!!!! Sorry dude for ordering some green pepper and having the sandwich toasted. (LOL) What a strange SERVICE! Next time I'll just write down my order or order it electronically. I decided to go to that Greek restaurant across the street. I want to also add that the Store Manager while I was waiting in line ordered me to pass him the chips that were on the shelf. I am sorry, but I am not one of your employees. You do your job and walk around the counter to get the chips yourself. I was perplexed and froze while this other customer got on her knees to hand him the chips. #WWRamseyD

The store had someone working behind the counter that was so rude that she had to cut off her guests ordering to say and repeat interrupting me, that I couldn't bring my bike in and that there no longer bicyclist friendly even though I had no problems on any prior occasion. There is also no place to park a bike even if you wanted to chain the bike up. It was actually way too much attitude for a guest to actually be there and spending money at this asstablishment. 7/22/23

Manager is a total b she thinks it's exceptable to waist her customers time with incompetent employees who can't even comprehend English. They seem to hire fresh off the boat s.n. who can't complete the task like making a basic sandwich. The owner is too cheap to use ac in the summer so it's very uncomfortable there. Typical s.n. operation so I'm not surprised.
