Good Subway location, but better care could be taken to ensure product is up to date in the beverage cooler. Took a sip of my milk that was two weeks expired!! Food is usually good, ordering online is typically best if you want to avoid the wait. Like most subway's, ingredients are fresh and I cannot complain about the quality of the food. Staff are friendly.
I don't normally leave bad reviews but this owner was a total jerk. Extremely rude, and words I can't even type here. I like Subway but I will no longer patronize this location
I ordered a Titan Turkey with Spinach online. The footlong I received had what it looked like to be was chewed steak. They also decided upon themselves to substitute lettuce instead of spinach with notifying me first. I have never gotten anything good from this place. Shame on me for being stupid enough to order from here again.
Went in to order and only one worker and didn't change his gloves.
Every single time I come into this Subway the owner/ manager of whoever the hell his title is, is screaming, yelling, rude, and disrespectful to customers and his workers. He's the reason I stopped going to that specific subway sometime ago. I decided to eat at this location and what do you know, absolutely NOTHING has changed. I do not understand how this Subway is still in business with such awful customer service. I do not understand why nothing has been done about this for years. I stopped going there 5 years ago and this is still going on 5 years later. I'm disgusted.
The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful to me as a customer and also to his employees. He just stood there yelling at her while complaining about his $15 footlongs being not expensive enough after telling me they dont accept coupons.. no wonder they're losing money. DO NOT GO HERE.
Great place and employees but the only problem is I ordered a pizza ($4.50) on the mobile app which they dont carry, this isn’t their fault. And its not their fault it was on the app but the only thing the employee at the restaurant told me was that they couldn’t help me and i had to get a refund by going thru the app or website and contacting customer service. Its been a month and i contacted at least 3-4 not a word heard back from customer service
