Grossest subway I've ever seen, they have more expensive prices then Subways and also it was very dirty in there. Go anywhere else!
Ordered on line 11 subs for work. Only had 1 person working, as I was waiting more people started coming in. The employee apologized to everyone and continued to work. Finally another employee ( I think was owner ) showed up. Both apologized again before I left.

I tried ordering via the app. Received a call my order was canceled beause they aren't participating in the promo. The staff was nice but. I Ordered again and it was terrible. I paid for double meat and got 3 slices on a footlong, 3 my sub was $16! Jimmy John's is much better and worth the money. I could get a double with 5 times more meat for 12 bucks. Don't waste your money.
Online says they take coupons place an app order just to get a call saying the don’t take coupons. What’s going on here? Long gone are the days of trying to honor your mistakes. Would rather tell you to have a nice day then fix the situation. Super unprofessional won’t ever come back here again!
Ordered online and used the store search for footlong BOGO special. The search brought me to 11th st Subway. Placed my order and was contacted minutes later saying “we do not participate in the BOGO special, we have to refund you”. You flood my mailbox with coupons I can’t use, your app gives me specials I can’t use. What’s the use of marketing if nobody accepts or honors any specials?? Never will I be back to any Subway especially 11th st in Rockford Illinois. Very poor everything on Subways behalf!
Maybe you should fix your website if you aren’t going to honor what it says about BOGO instead of waiting until someone gets to the store to pick it up just to say “oh we cancelled your order.” Trashiest employees too.
