Tables are often slightly dirty, but food is good. When I went this last time (on a Sunday), both the hours posted on the door and online say they open at 9am. I drove all the way there to find the store completely closed. The worker inside never came to the door to unlock it after 25 minutes of waiting. I got there at 925. Left after 25 minutes. That's the only reason I didnt rate them high in customer service.
Normally have 5 star service ordered through app person that made my submarines didn't follow instructions in the notes at all
experienced rude treatment from employees and hope for improved customer service in the future.
I ordered dinner online more than an hour before they closed and when I got to the door, it seemed like it was closed. I was worried that I bought food online for no reason. Yet, I noticed an employee sitting in the back, on his phone. I called the number, asked them if they were still opened, and he seemed annoyed with me and “told me to come to the front” when i was at the front and clearly being ignored by the employee on his phone. I did notice that the door was actually open (which was my fault) but it was hard to budge. When I entered, the employee on his phone didn’t greet me or look up. I understand that they were trying to leave in an hour when I got there. But I also was going to be in and out for a second since I placed a pick up order. At the very least, have some manners or help me open the door. I hope no one else experiences this customer service because it makes me never want to step in here again.

Never ordering here again. I ordered a roasted Turkey wrap curbside and when I returned to wish I noticed I received a tuna wrap. Disgusting. I called the store number but it’s not even working.
The most professional, welcomed service we've had in years at Subway! Young lady on a Sunday evening was great!
