The Older Lady That made our sandwich Today , has no customer service skills no listening skills, very arrogant attitude and unpleasant , non-friendly at all. I don’t know why you would want to have someone with this kind of attitude at the counter.
Algo nos está bien, porque no puedes ver los ingredientes que le vas a poner a tu sandwich, tienen una tapa, por si están en mal estado o ya tienen varios días ahí, ni cuenta te das, o porque no te dejan verlos , no tiene sentido
Food wàs not good. I couldn't even break apart the bread. Had to ask for my money back. Didn't want another sandwich. The person making the sandwich was nice, spoke so softly I could barely hear them speak.
It's 9:30 and they locked the doors I wouldn't have drove 15 minutes to this location if I knew the customer service was still horrible I thought they had new management. Disappointing
I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app, and they mixed up the entire order. My bf went back to the restaurant to get the sandwich made correctly, and for some odd reason he just let them add the “correct” items to the sandwich. Who takes back food someone bit into, and works on it where other peoples food is being prepared? They still had Jalapeños on there, and it wasn’t supposed to be on there. Like… what if I were allergic?
This location has been under new management. I had stopped coming here for a while due to poor customer service….and gave it another try. Lizabeth helped me and was beyond positive greeting me from the time I walked in, made my order, checked me out at the cashier and said goodbye when I left. Great job! Management is so important, they got it right here now!
I went here on Wednesday and the service was excellent!! Young lady making my sandwich (jolly) was so nice and made conversation with me which I really appreciate since I was having a bad day ❤️ they were quick with their work and had such a positive attitude. They gave me the correct change and I will definitely be coming back here .
