Tried out their new footlong sides had the pretzel absolutely disappointed it was not only burnt, but there was no butter on it to have the salt stick to it so it was an absolute let down.
Well, I ordered 4 Churros from the app, the app accepted the order and even told me when it was ready. I went in and the lady told me “no churros” cookies. I said I didn’t want cookies, she proceeded to walk in the back without offering a sandwich or anything else. I of course called my bank and the charge, along with a tip, was reimbursed. Don’t use their App and I would even say look for a better, friendlier subway.
The store close at 8pm, and while is not even 7:30pm the clerk is on his phone call rejecting any customers from purchasing a sandwich. Ridiculous and irresponsible !

I went in to order a sandwich. The person working the counter was mopping, so I waited for her to finish. When she finished, she washed her hands for about 2 seconds (fake wash), then asked for my order. No thanks, not in the mood for mop flavored food. I lost my appetite and walked out.
I ordered through subway app. I ordered 2 subs with veggie patty. I got 2 subs with no patty at all Vegetarian options: Veggie patty
Need to teach your employees how to properly interact with customers. My underage stepdaughter was ogled when she walked in, and the employee helping her started chatting her up in a way that made her extremely uncomfortable. Will not be returning.
