Great customer service and my sandwich is always made just right! Whenever I visit a new subway, I know there’s a good chance something will be wrong with my sandwich but that didn’t happen here! My first visit was about a year ago, and now their my go to Subway.

The worst customer service, employees and owner. This location refused to fufill both my app orders and only fufilled one. I am now out a coupon code and never got my 2nd sandwich because her words exactly we are losing money on this coupon code if we fufill it. The manager was very rude and combative with me.
We used to have really good experience earlier when there was a different lady. But today we had a really bad experience. There was a new lady (with colored hair and red eyeshadow ). She didn’t put enough veggies in our footlong even after requesting multiple times. She literally first put 7-8 strands of onion and then 2-3 more after our 2nd request. This is my 2nd bad experience here with same lady and now we have decided not to come here again.
The woman with thick colorful eye shadow was rude. Avoid this place if you can.
New to the area, and I walked here with a co worker since its across the street from my job. Came in around lunch time(12:15). I asked for a specialty sandwich and wanted to know if I could sub the protein. The worker stated that I cant, which was fine. I then mentioned that instead I would order a different sandwich, but she contonued to cut me off saying "no you cant do that...no...no". Even though i was preparing to order a completely different item, she continued to utter "no you cant do that". I walked out and ordered hawaiin food next door(which was DELICIOUS, by the way). I'm NEVER eating at this location and have already started telling my other co workers to stop patronizing this location.
