I made an app order for a churro and a pretzel confirmed at 5:09pm tonight, it did the whole will be ready by 5:25pm. First of all why do i have a wait time when there literally isn't anyone here! Secondly, I was inside for my order at exactly 5:25pm, they had not even touched anything, I had to stand there and wait for them to actually make it, again, no one here!! Why did I have a wait time and why did I have to wait instead of being able to grab and go my order!?!?!?
Nice service and great food as expected
(I waited over a month to write this review to give the owner a chance to remedy the situation but no response.) Bought a footlong tuna sandwich on two separate occasions (well, a family member got it for me the second time not knowing how bad the first experience had been). The lack of tuna on the sandwich both times was stunning. The only way to adequately describe the sandwich was tuna flavored bread. It was like they spread one tablespoon of tuna over the entire sandwich. The vegetable toppings were the same - meager to say the least. The fact that it happend twice indicates that this is the norm for this location. I've had subway many times at many locations and the only way this could occur is if the owner is training or encouraging the employees to put as little on the sandwiches as possible, likely to be cheap and save money. I contacted Subway customer service about this, requested a refund and was told the owner would reacy out to me. But that never happened. So, now I have no options but to leave this review.
very clean and sandwich was excellent quick service
One of the best locations out of the entire East Bay... This location has always had fresh everything from bread baked daily to produce. The food turnover rate is very high so it seems. You usually can tell by looking at the produce. The people there are friendly and polite.
