2/28/24 This was by FAR the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway in any state in 35 years of being a patron. When I walked in I was told by a young man that I had to pay first because the system was operating slow. No problem, I paid for a foot long Turkey Cali. Then as he started making my sub I was informed that he had no Avocado. Then no Fresh Mozzarella. As he was going to the back to look for Mozzarella, I asked him to see if he could find Avocado. He came back with Mozzarella and Avocado, but the Avocado was frozen. In other words nothing was stocked properly. He then had to go back for bacon. I was ready to ask for a refund when Michelle walked in from a break and she took over. I said "wait you don't even work here?" He said "no I was just helping my girlfriend out.". I was getting annoyed with him but he didn't even work there. So I asked Michelle if I could get a fountain drink since I couldn't get Avocado and had already paid for it. She said there was no ice and the machine didn't work. No fountain drinks!!!??? I went to sit down to eat hungry and frustrated at this point, and not a single clean table was available! Obviously left over from the lunch crowd. Yet she was just sitting on her cellphone. Honestly, not only will I never be back here, but it's reprehensible the level of laziness! I blame the management/ownership as well. Pathetic!!!! Look at all my other reviews This is the first negative review I have felt the need to leave in all the years I've been reviewing on Google!

Passing through the area.. looked nice but the subway was a dump. Fountain machine broke. Only had wheat bread at noon when they open at 9. Floors dirty, windows dirty. The area with the food was empty. Bathrooms were horrendous.

Not open at posted store hours.

This place was outrageous. My tuna sub was not fresh at all.

Clearly molded pickles & spinach, messy condiments as if there is definitely bacteria brewing at this location. I brought it to the sandwich makers attention, she said “those were the only pickles we have” as if she was okay serving them. This is scary, if you order delivery, they would be on your sandwich ‍♀️

No one is in there, place is open but there is no one working.

Tuna sub was delicious, all fresh ingredients, staff very friendly and nice.

1 star for service explained: they were honoring coupons that will expire 8/31. Went there on 2 occasions and they accepted my coupons. Today I was informed, per owner instructions, coupons are not accepted. That's not good customer service. If coupons were accepted in the beginning, they should have continued to accept them.
