The workers here definitely make this my favorite subway. The friendliest subway

I have very limited options.

If I could give the service zero stars I would. I asked for a #17. The person behind the counter stated I'm sorry I don't know what that is. You will just have to tell me what you want. TURN AROUND AND LOOK UP AT THE MENU! IT'S RIGHT ABOVE YOU! I then asked to do a combo with chips and drink. I'm sorry I don't know how to do a combo. The drink fountain was also out of at least half of their drinks. If this is what it has come to, just close this location. The sad part is that this type of service is more common than not. A lot of these younger people just don't have a clue!

I put in a order through the app it was for 2 foot longs and the order on app was correctly done the recipient they gave me was accurate. I out the order in for pickup like for in 45 mins. Got their and it took forever to get my already made sandwiches. They didn't add the side of honey mustard so I ask for it they didn't have kids for the side cups but figured out something else to put it in. They were nice and acknowledged people weren't busy in store so it seemed odd things were running so slow. So I get home and my sandwich i kidd you not was missing FIVE TOPINGS! And was full of jalapeños, I DEFINITELY didn't order that! My fiance sandwich was suppose to have extra bacon it was 3.00 it most definitely DID NOT. I called up there last night the night I ordered they wanted me to bring the sandwiches back OR bring in receipt next day (today) and she said she wrote my name down and had the receipt also and if I came in today while manager was there they would refund me. I've not felt well today so didn't go.. I called up there a little after 5pm. Was told a manager wasn't there. I asked when one would be she said Tomorrow. Then asked me if she could help I told her she said oh I don't know why the other employee lied to you i was working and no manager is gonna do that she lied. Ya we shall see cause I will not be ripped of. They were completely wrong on all of the order and so slow. I'm no Karen if it was just something on it I could pick off I'd not even have called. But missing 5 things. Loaded with one thing I didn't order and I hate.. naww you guys will be making this right. Also no mayo, mustard, nothing out. Did I mention so slow the others waiting in there pickup online order was so annoyed also you could see it. So 5 people in the store one already eating and can't get nothing right. Im

THIS IS THE WORST SUBWAY. They are rude and very unprofessional. Ordered an online order was very specific and apparently they don't know how to read let alone follow directions. Didn't know a footlong only came with 3 pieces of meat. Also paid for extra meat on another footlong and never received it. When I called the so called "manager" was extremely rude wouldn't let me explain my situation and told me to call corporate and HUNG up on me when I called her back she refused to answer. This isn't the first time my order was wrong but it will be the last.I WILL NOT BE BACK. Just close it down since you can't get anything right!!!!
