Subway

So i walked in there after recently moving. I asked for 2 foot longs and a 6 inch and they made the sandwhich but the lady cut the foot longs up and took one of the sandwhiches and ate in the back.

Terrible service with rude employees. I can not recommend this place solely on how rude their staff is. As customers we should not support business that hire rude employees like this and unless they clean house it’s a failure of an establishment.

I guess I should have read the reviews before deciding to spend 80 dollars for dinner for my family. Have never really had an experience here that would cause me to not come back till tonite. They employees were mediocre at first till they realized we were not just ordering 3 items. Sry but there is 7 in our family. The female worker takes out first 2 sandwich orders and the 3 cheese pizzas and walks away and stares at me when I tell her I still need 2 more sandwiches. That is when she goes back and says something the male that is busy trying someone on his phone. That is when he comes out to make the other 2 sandwiches. I'm sure by the rudeness of the female that it's a good thing I probably don't know what exactly she said to the male bc it wouldn't have went well I'm sure. I can say I won't be back to this location and would never recommend it to anyone either.

Terrible location. Both employees on their cell phones while I tried to order. The sandwich artist just threw the veggies on top in a pile.

I won't give any stars for service after tonight's visit... If I could 0... My boyfriend went to get us dinner... Stood for about 5 10 mins watching the girl in the back with both headphones in screwing around on her cell phone with her back to the door... So he tossed an empty cup at her feet to get her attention... Of course scared her but she should have been paying attention to the store and definitely not should have had other headphones in for safety reasons being as she was alone in the store... He apologized for startling her but didn't know how else to get her attention... She then proceeded to have a nasty attitude with him the rest of the time...

Very rude

I just left this location and I have to be honest, I rarely review subway in reviews. This one I have to speak up on because it’s very important for fellow allergy safe households. I CAN order the chocolate chip cookies and I ALWAYS request the employees just grab the cookies withOUT the tongs however despite my request a female employee at this location working 7/25/2023, decided to use the tongs as she held a strong attitude. I’m sorry for whatever is going on, but this was cool nor is it considered safe. This could be life threatening for individuals who request a certain method (who do this for reasons). Otherwise they have a pretty funny employee I highly recommend! Dietary restrictions: Food safety

Don't go here. I tried to be reasonable with this location, had a couple bad experiences but figured that's just gonna happen sometimes. After this last try, I can't see anybody seriously enjoying a meal there. For one, the staff's general attitude is not just unprofessional (which I wouldn't care about on its own), but they seem to be entirely apathetic and even bothered at having customers. Maybe that's the point of their awful service? Less customers, more time to blab to each other in the kitchen? I went in to get a sandwich because I got a gift card recently, and figured "well, it's not even my money so let's see how it goes". I asked for my sub to be toasted, and in the middle of it toasting the guy who was watching decided to just ignore it. It burned, obviously, and he just didn't say a word about it. When it got to this other guy to do toppings, I waited to see what he'd say. Surely he'd notice it's charred, even if he somehow didn't hear the oven beeping for over a minute straight. But no, he just glanced down at it and asked what I'd like. I just said "nah sorry, that's burnt, I'm not paying for that". All he said was "no it's not". Fantastic conversational skills from that guy. He also tried to correct another guy's order when he screwed up the toppings that were asked for. Can you guess what Einstein did? New sub? Apology? Even a faint "my bad"? Nah, he just scooped the toppings off and proceeded to keep screwing up the toppings AGAIN. Not even on a gift card, I hope their location gets hit with a health violation and boarded up.

The lady at the counter on the 8/10/23 lunch shift got upset and proceeded to throw a separate order's sandwich when I said it wasn't mine and that I was getting a to-go order of two 6-inch sandwiches I hadn't ordered yet. Never going back to this place, and would recommend folks stay 100 yards from this disaster. Maybe she's new, but I won't be back to find out.
