Subway

I order from here every single day and I order from my mobile app. Every single day I have to wait an additional 30 minutes even tho my app says it’s ready. They’re very rude and unprofessional. I gave it the benefit of the doubt the first couple of times, but not it’s every single day. I’m a type 1 diabetic who has to eat at certain times within my work schedule. I’m always late and today I nearly passed out waiting 30 extra minutes for my food. This is absolutely absurd.

The place is tiny and poorly lit. It is nestled between car lots and easily missed due to its size and bad lighting. There were no cars in the parking lot and it looked abandoned. I had ordered pick up from Door Daah and there was 1 young man working. I pulled up to the drive thru board since the lobby looked closed. It took him a minute to speak, but he already had my subs ready and the service was quick.

Staff was very rude. Very very rude to me and let me sit in the rain with my window down( the rain was pouring in my vehicle and the staff laughed when I expressed that) . When I went in to ask when I would be helped the staff on this day was rude and unapologetic. I asked “when will I know when I will be helped ?” To which the employee replied “we will be with you in a minute “ very rudely. Very unprofessional and acted like they could get away with it as the manager allows such rude and unprofessional behavior. I am a 20 year customer service professional and was not impressed. And I will not be coming back here! Oh and to top it off this person wouldn’t let me order my food. Refused to make my food. Needless to say, I will be contacting this manager and also whoever is over the store manager.

The food was good, however this location does not support our local schools. Therefore I will support the Subway locations that do.

They must be the only Subway in the State of Florida that don't take Subway coupons they will never see me again , the other stores in Pensacola are happy to take them I'll do my subs there from now on.

Great service

This was the best subway in Pensacola. The service was fast and courteous. The store was very clean. The manager was really professional and did a great job.
