As a former manager of subway I understand how busy things can get but literal frozen chicken on a toasted sub is highly unacceptable. Will not be back

Was told by employee that corporate made them remove a sign from the front door stating that they do not accept any coupons of any kind. After! I was checking out! Bad business in my opinion.

I was harassed by a subway employee. I went yesterday and asked for one line of garlic aioli. I’m allergic to eggs so I specifically asked for one line of said sauce because I literally cannot eat too much or I will have an allergic reaction. She didn’t hear me and put 3 full passes of sauce on the sandwich, so I very politely just asked her to scrape some of it off (the whole interaction was civil up until this point) she then began to argue with me and say she can start over, I told her I didn’t mind and she didn’t have to but if that’s what she had to do it’s whatever I was just trying to save time and effort. She ended up just pulling all of the toppings off and I was fine with that. She then told me multiple times that I never specified the one line of sauce, to which I replied “I did say one line, I’m sorry I didn’t speak loud enough, no problem though” I remained polite through and through as I always do, I work in food service so I understand how hard it can be to deal with customers and I’m always as nice as I can be. I went back today because this subway is the only one open around the time I went, I arrived a little after 9, they close at 9:30. I got the same sandwich, asked for just a little bit of lettuce and a little bit of spinach, she proceeds to put full footlong portions of both on the sandwich. All I did was simply ask her VERY POLITELY “I’m sorry could you please just take some of that off” she then went on to say that she can throw the whole sandwich away again and start over, I clearly knew where this was going. I said “please no that’s not necessary I just want a little less lettuce and spinach that’s all” she then told me I did this yesterday and began accusing me of harassment and accusing me of stalking her. She told me to “smile for the camera” and in her exact words said “this is what I’m gonna do, I’m going to put tomatoes on your sandwich (I can’t remember exactly at what point I asked for tomatoes but I did) I’m going to ring it up and you’re going to leave and never come back in here again, if I see you here again I will call the cops and you will be arrested for stalking and harassing me”. She is saying this very loudly and aggressively while pointing her finger in my face at this point, in front of another customer. I said “look I’m only here because this is the only subway open in this city right now I’m not stalking you or harassing you this is simply the only subway that’s open.” She repeated these false accusations multiple times. After that she asked very loudly and rudely if that was all I wanted on my sandwich. After that was said I left without the food. I believe it is actually borderline harassment to accuse someone of stalking and harassing you, especially in front of another customer, imagine how that made me look.

My recent visit to a local Subway location turned out to be an incredibly frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, I was met with an unwelcoming atmosphere – dim lighting and a general lack of upkeep. However, the real issues began when I tried to redeem a coupon I had found online. Despite presenting the coupon and explaining its validity, the staff shockingly refused to accept it. To add insult to injury, they bluntly stated that the location simply doesn’t accept coupons, leaving me feeling deceived by the offer I had relied on to save money. What made matters worse was the attitude of one of the staff members, whom you referred to as “the ugly lady.” It’s truly disappointing that a place which should prioritize customer service had an employee with such a negative demeanor. Her behavior, combined with the coupon refusal, made the visit utterly unpleasant. Overall, my experience at this Subway location was beyond disappointing. The refusal to honor a coupon that the staff claimed the location doesn’t accept, coupled with the unwelcoming atmosphere and the unprofessional conduct of a staff member, left a sour taste in my mouth. I sincerely hope that the management takes a serious look at these issues and works towards improving both their customer service and overall experience.

Christa is very rude and has a nasty attitude. She needs to be fired! The young man who prepared my salad was very nice. I called to inform them they need to be careful and properly wash the lettuce because there was a cricket in my salad. I was very nice she said she couldn't help me and hung up. I called back she's screaming in the phone if you have a customer complaint I need you to call another location. Stating hasn't made a salad. If the ignorant woman would listen, I was only trying to let her know to check the lettuce, before they get complaints or somebody gets sick.
