7:20 am still not open. Don't be in a rush. They should have been ready by 7am to open to the public. Lazy employees Aug.6.23 morning shift.
7/12/23 4:45 pm: Two hardworking (male & female), courteous employees on duty, customer friendly with a smile (5 Stars!) The new advertising cover pasted over the customer view to the sandwich toppings gotta go! Customers are greatly inconvenienced, and have to twist and bend body position to be able to see and tell the staff about the toppings desired. Very stupid decision by some decision maker dud at Subway Corporate 1 Star).
Fountain drink refills are a dollar… if their machine works
The customer service is horrible. I asked 3 times how much the regular combo was and the woman didn’t tell me. Then she didn’t charge me for the combo just the sandwich and so when I asked to change it the man came up to me with an attitude and said she kept asking us if we wanted the combo then all of a sudden she started speaking loud enough. He threw my chips at me so I asked for another bag that didn’t have broken chips and if he could hand them to me. There’s a reason why this subway is dead. Need new workers.
The lettuce was more white than green, the soup needed some FLAVOR (may I suggest some CHICKEN BOUILLON), and the crackers were STALE AS HELL! I'm just going to stick with JERSEY MIKES!
One person on staff for a Saturday Labor Day lunch rush is ridiculous. Worst experience I've ever had at a Subway. Also, the bathroom was out of service. Also, the employee on staff had no sense of urgency and was the slowest employee I've ever seen. Either horrible management or one of the cheapest franchise owners ever.
Food was fine. Service good. Place clean. All as expected.
