I just came of a 13 hour shift from the hospital and I asked for a turkey avocado wrap and first the lady gave me attitude right out of the gate , she refused to put my bacon into the toaster oven and I had to use the microwave instead , when it got to adding the veggies she gave me about 8 olives and 8 jalapeños and then claimed she would get I. Trouble if she gave me anymore .. I asked her if I could pay for more and she insisted she would not allow me anymore , she was willing to argue in front of customers over what I estimate to be a maximum of 50 cents worth of olives .. she the claimed to be the manager … I walked out , crazy how this rude teenage “ manager “ was willing to waste a wrap that cost almost 20$ over 50 cents worth of vegetables … as a manager you should have to critically think about saving the company money and she really dropped the ball on this for trying to save the company a few quarters … extremely unprofessional ,reflects very poorly on her ability to save the company money or have happy customers … terrible location to go to
Went through 2 in the morni mean gave me. The wrong soundwich was told to come back the next day and they will give me the right sandwich. I'll get there today. They say they're not authorized to do that. I'll get on the receipt. I said it's fine. Just give me my money back. They were not authorized to do that, but you need to come back tomorrow. Ask for the name to be able to tell the manager and they say we don't give out names, so they messed up my order. I lived 30 minutes away. They couldn't replace it. They couldn't refund it and they couldn't give their name and there's no corporate number and nobody to call. I said there's a email on the door you can use.
I really appreciate that its open 24 hours, since I work overnight. Melissa was very nice and super friendly. My order was perfect and ready on time. Good food and great staff.
Do not go to this restaurant. Over the past few weeks I’ve been having reoccurring issues with this establishment. I had placed an order in the subway app and it never assigned a delivery person, I get a call from the store and they said that I would have to come pick it up, when I came Melissa said that the driver had came and picked it up and dropped it back off due to not being able to get in contact with me . I called DoorDash and they said they never had a driver come that way all together. Melissa and the rest of the staff at this subway is very rude and makes it very difficult to order and receive a damn sandwich.
