Subway

We order using the app. We always put in the notes to put all sauce/dressing on the side. Came in to pick it up, sauce/dressing was on the food. I asked them to re-do the order and got a lot of attitude along with my order. Slamming, muttering and anger. Not a good experience. Won't go there again.

Always delicious food and great service. As a regular there, they never let me down. :)

Love that they offer aguas frescas and their cookies are delish! Always love their sandwiches toasted, mmm

Food was good as normal. But the guy kept refusing to do one sandwich at a time. Kept saying but i can do two sandwiches together. Yeah i think i can understand that but. Then he reaches down on on the floor and grabs a bucket puts it in the sink and does not wash his hands or change his gloves. A past experience at this one employees were sitting on the counter. This location needs to run its night employees better.

left a super long piece of hair in my food

Our subway does not close until 10 PM. I went in exactly 730 and ordered half of a club sub. The lettuce then was 3/4 empty and what was in there looked old, sour, and slimy. I asked if I could have some fresh lettuce. I was told by the manager NO and then ignored. Unbelievable, especially for a subway. I won’t be coming back here again.

Staff are very nice and the store is always very clean. Food is pretty decent for being a large chain, but I'm somewhat easy to please. I appreciate that the nutrition facts for the food are available on the website.

The customer service is horrible and needs to be addressed. I went in to this location at 9:30 and the employee was rude and everything was already put away. I thought you closed at 10. I had to go to the other location on Alafaya Trail by Curry Ford in Orlando, Fl. to receive excellent service. I am a manager of 22 years for a major retail company and I have never seen or encountered such rude service like this. I will never go to that Subway again.
