Friendly staff,. Always smiling...fast service
Unfortunately I had to change my 4 star rating to 1 star. I usually go to this location at night and I have the best subway sandwich maker brown skin young man, tattoo on one arm with short dread locs. The last two occasions I have came in during the afternoon and it’s always this mixed race or Spanish young man with piercings on face who never knows how to make the sandwich correctly. He’s always distracted doing so much and today it seems he cross contaminated my sub with going to kitchen and conversations with other employees. I’ve sent a complaint to corporate about this location but it’s either I only go at night or go to the best 24 hour subway on orange avenue. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location anymore. Train your employees !
My son is autistic an I always shop at this subway an my sons sub is always $5.65 because he gets a blt but only white bread an bacon the gentleman man tried to charge my husband 7$ almost one day so he gave him the 6.00$ then I returned because he should know we are there atleast 4x a week or more sometimes depending on how my child is feeling after chemotherapy but the gentleman a Spanish man started screaming in front of my child who has autism while he was on the phone with his girlfriend an refused to take my order because of that an then told me he was going to call the police to have me an my son trespassed I’m always in there he rang up the order wrong my husband tried to explain to him an started screaming in front of my autistic child that’s a no no an then I asked for his managers name an he said pricilla an that she was okay with whatever he was doing way unprofessional watch your cameras my son always is there always gets the same thing an he rang it up wrong he tried to charge me more for a blt just bread an bacon an then told me he was going to call the cops my son started having a nervous breakdown an crying he’s only 7 an special needs this place is ratchet an it just keeps getting worse and worse
Young African American man was holding down the fort. By himself up front and trying the best he can. He was clearly overwhelmed but kept going. He was friendly and kept working despite the long line and the online orders coming in. I was impressed. He needs a raise or a promotion or both. I wish most places had employees working like him these days. It also helps that customers are patient and understand that he’s doing his best.
The locale is questionable, but the service was faultless.
Horrible staff hanging out side smoking Mary Jane and have to wait for someone to come in the store.
