Subway

The bread is always stale,, workers are rude,, never smile and takes too long to make a sub,, took 20 minutes to make my sub and I was the only customer

The service is very bad, today March 9, 2024 at approximately 4:30 PM, I bought with them, a person of Puerto Rican origin served me, she made fun of me because I did not know what type of bread I wanted, she treated me badly, but What bothered me the most was that the person who was behind me told her that she wanted bread with cheese and ham and she laughed in her face and said, but what kind of bread and the lady responded; The thing is that she couldn't see them and the person serving told her that since she decided to buy, she should already know what cheese or meat she wanted, or why she would go. I heard how she argued and spoke badly to her coworker and when her coworker asked what my subway was about, she responded rudely as if her coworker knew what she had put in my subway.

5 star for Holly and only for her. Non of her coworkers helped her out since i get there and get out. Many times she called for help and the place was really busy. She managed her self so well, professional. Hope Subway take matters into this and give her a better chance to grow in the company. She deserved it. Great job Holly!!

Don't eat here unless you want to get sick. The girl behind the counter watched us walk up, made eye contact and proceeded to ignore us. After about a minute, I said "good afternoon" to which she replied "I'm working on a mobile order." Then waits til she's working on her second sub, stomps to the door that leads to the back room and calls to a young man "hurry up, it's people out here." He comes out CLEARLY against his will and asks what we want as if he was surprised that he had to actually perform his work duties. If you don't like your job, you have other options. Don't take out your frustrations on your coworkers or customers. After a closer look at the meats that had clearly been sitting out for too long, I decided not to eat here to say the least. Mind you, I watched the young lady take from this pile of salami for her "mobile order." This store definitely needs to get it together.

The lady will tell you your order has been picked up and it really hasn't been then instead of making sure your order is right they will lie and say it is and it's not then will get rude with you for catching them in the lie and on top of it all your drunk options are limited

Hope they did lose food cost with only five slivers of onion and peppers.

I'm gonna go on a limb here and guess there employees are hyping up these reviews cause they sure as hell don't reflect there customer service mainly the manager Sidney or whatever her name was is so dam rude and unpleasant if she can't be professional why is she even working?

you have to get a sub served from justus! sandwiches are beautiful and enjoyed it other then that the restaurant is good
