worker was really polite and fast she was was very clean switching gloves for every customer
I ordered a couple of sandwiches on the app and went to pick it up. The store was closed and lights were off. I've been asking for my money back since then but nothing yet. They probably forgot to turn off the app order system. Mistake happens and I understand that but why in the hell takes so long to get my money back.
I just waited 35 mins to get a sandwich. There was 1 employee only doing the best he could. Had 3 people waiting plus phone orders. He did good except that the owner is to cheap to hire more employees. Do not recomend this place at all. Only if you want to waste time.
10 stars for the employees Zero for Subway because its takes most of the money from the store owner, This way they claim no responsability to the workers pay which comes from the meager profit split for the store owner. I hate comming here see a new bright employee to be battered by the exploitation of work because the store owner who likely put up a $1million bond and other costs doesn't want to share the little money given by Subway. All franchise store owners and their employees should strike for better profitable pay. It is sad when a person has to come from a 2hr drive in traffic on min wage and work an understaffed store. Not even able to afford to live in the same location either. American Dream is an illusion with this.
The people working here take more 10 mins per person. Please hire new workers or fix their speed because most people wait 30 mins for one sandwich.
Terrible service and rude employees. Had my aunt pick up my app order while she paid for her own sandwiches. Was overcharged almost four dollars ( a near perfect amount for a 20% she definitely did not give them) for a mysterious reason, was not given a receipt so we can’t find the true reason for the up-charge, was given the wrong drink for the app order, was given no chips with the online order, and on top of all that when I called them over the phone 3 TIMES to try and resolve the situation I was left hanging every time for minutes on end. This place is super sketchy and I would avoid it at all cost. I don’t think corporate should continue to to let this franchise operate.
They staff are rude never smiling
