TERRIBLE CHANGE! They put A METAL PLATE behind the glass SO THE CUSTOMER CANNOT SEE THE INGREDIENTS. I love subway, but not if I cannot see the quality of the ingredients or whether they are making the sandwich right.

Called to inform manager our sandwiches were not prepared as ordered, I did not want onions nor did I want bell peppers both sandwiches were not toasted, the manager on duty was very confrontational said we ordered deluxe and if we didn't want onions we should have said so. Order #6526fe94-3 a Probably won't be back, to many sandwich shops to choose from
I've been to this Subway more then handful times , was just there July 31st and the week before that,. I've ordered the same thing since I was 16yrs old , starting from Seattle,. But just last week I did same order but why they have shredded cheddar cheese ❔ I get American/cheddar. I shouldn't be the one coming starting off asking the worker how there doin and barely get a response, I understand you're at work but don't have to be rude then charge me for cheddar shredded , she gets the other rude lady she said and cheddar❓yes as always . So I gave coupon 12.99$ 2x footlongs why is it 17$❓...... Me and my whole family comes to subway but since we've been here in North Las Vegas they (subway) has lost about 12family members dude to rudeness... Then she soaked my sandwich so much it's soggy now can't even eat 17$ sandwich. Then she made me wait halfway through to start helping the person behind me when I was almost done with my order mind you there was 2other workers there
Employee Travis appears to be incompetent, had an attitude. Asked for a splash of chipotle sauce and put basically half the bottle of chipotle sauce on half on my FLAT BREAD PIZZA.
They do not care to answer phones they never want to change fresh ingredients and they do not care about customer service quality
