One of several subway stores I've been to that was clean, the meat and veggies looked and was very fresh and friendly customer service. This store is a smaller store with big promise. I've had bad encounters at other subways before not this on on Dykman. Thumbs up to this subway.

I order ahead of time on the app every day usually never have a problem. Until today. The worker today told me when I went to pick up my order that they weren't opened. I had already placed my order from the app and paid and she wasn't going to give me my order claiming they weren't opened. Yet the hours say open at 8am and this was 10:30am. I showed her that my order was accepted and that I paid and that was when she realized she had to make my order. I ordered a tuna melt. Well she didn't even bother to heat it up and it was just thrown together. On top of it the cookies I ordered weren't even ready so I had to go with cookies I don't even like. I love going to this place every day but this experience with this one worker (this is the second time she's pulled this with me) made me give it a low review.

This subway closes at 9:30. The night shift lady does not allow anyone in after 9:30. I told her your open till 10:00pm. She told me she the only staff on the clock and that she starts to close at 9pm.
