Service was terrible! My order was so wrong! I ordered online in the Subway App, leaving precise notes of what items to omit. I even went inside and reviewed the receipt with the lady. When my son went to eat it, all the items I specifically told her NOT to add were completely disregarded and added anyways. The other employee, a man, had a terrible attitude!! He was dismissive and displayed aggression for absolutely no reason. If it’s not what I ordered, I shouldn’t have to take what you made! How hard is it to NOT to add onions and vinaigrette for a child? We asked for Purell, and he pointed to an empty shelf and to pretty much tell me to F off. Clearly there was sanitizer right next to his phone but he refused to allow us to use. My final review: If I can give a ZERO, that would be it!!! Awful, awful service! No bathroom, no Purell (at least shareable), and no manners whatsoever! Don’t be in business if you hate your life. All we wanted were 2 sandwiches, not that hard to please.
I ordered online to take advantage of the buy one get one free promo. What a major mistake. Subway calls them sandwich artists; yeah ok far from it. It took me 40 minutes after the app said my sandwich was ready to pick up to get my order. The older man is a grumpy and cheap to hire additional help makes sandwichs, he also doesn’t care what type of sandwich you ordered. I ordered chicken bacon, ranch and he gave me two ground beef sandwich, which looked disgusting and I never got the correct order ordered. I wouldn't recommend this place to your worst enemy after reading past reviews.
Did not take coupons. Service fine. Think price may have been a little high.
No public bathrooms, always out of different meats, four tables, next to a pot smoking shop, parking is terrible. The list goes on for this place.
July 29,2023, around 5:00 I ordered on grubhub 3 spicy Italian sandwiches And one cold cut combo Each sandwich was laid with every other meat instead of a layer of pepperoni and then salami. We literally had to eat it like a pizza, so the bread won't outdo the flavor of what we order. On top of that, it wasn't hardly no veggies .If I wanted a mayonnaise sandwich, I would've ordered just that. Shame on the person working that shift Unsatisfied Customer
Very bad service, I sometimes stop by this subway store location, but the staff are always unfriendly, horribly rude and they are never prepared. One day, I arrived at 9:10 am and the rude lady there said that they weren’t open yet, but on the door it said 9:00 am and the door was open so it’s not my fault they aren’t ready on time and on top of that they didn’t even have change for a $50 dollar bill. Never stopping by at this subway store again.
