Edit: Currently here at 7:53pm, sign on door says open until 10pm, no one inside, or answering phone. They must close at 7 or earlier fyi. The last few years there have been some good staff here that are knowledgeable and nice, and listen to your requests when making the sandwiches. Always a friendly experience when going here

Rarely have fresh brewed non sweet tea and even if they did, the container appears to never be washed. Employees not happy if asked to brew tea. Bread was hard as a rock. Tuna appeared old and chose something else. Store unclean. Used to be good, but going downhill fast. That is if we are lucky to arrive with it even open with employees showing up.

11:07am on a Thursday and this location is NOT OPEN. This has been happening way too often and is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Stingy. Almost like they don’t want to prep as much so the stinge the customer with minimal meat, underweight compared to all other subways. Bad parking, not sure if it was a vendor, but they were sitting at the table when I walked in. There was a large truck with an Arkansas license plate, parked nearly halfway in the middle of the yellow line so no one else could park. No chocolate chip cookies no cranberry cookies. Gave me three tomatoe Slices. And the least amount of lettuce I’ve ever had enough for one McDonald’s Mc double or something. I’m usually not the complaining type but when I pay $25 for a sandwich chips and three cookies with no drink. I expect my sandwich to be decently heavy. This sandwich was light. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this location again because of that. Management or ownership please make sure the weights of your meat is being monitored.

I've been coming here for the last 6 months and up until recently everything was great. Now its 12pm on a Monday and the worker "just got here 10 min ago and isn't ready". Last week there was a similar issue where the doors were just locked and no one was around during lunch time so this isn't the first issue. What is happening around here?

Sign on door states opens 9 am watched employees sitting at a table inside door locked at 10am .Sad no business no service. Poor standard representative for subway .

I have been coming to the Monument Subway for 10 years. Lately it has gotten worse and worse until today I feel the need to write a review in hopes management will help do something. The place was discussing. I almost didn’t want to order there. The floor was absolutely filthy. All the booths were dirty, there was a spill left on the floor, the bathrooms were unkept and had overflowing trash. The chips and drinks were not stocked and noone even greeted or acknowledged us. After waiting FOR EV ER for service we were told we would be waiting longer because an online order was ahead of us. Another customer that was waiting behind us finally walked out because they couldn’t wait any longer. One person working is not working! There were only two customers in at the time I was there. Slow, slow, slow and dirty, dirty, dirty. This was ridiculous! Management needs to step in and help clean it up, train employees, and maybe help out or hire!! Next time I’m going to Jimmy John’s!
