I placed a online order. I was unable to get to the restaurant due to a air show in the area. I called and explained that traffic was backed up and I was unable to drive through. I told the lady to cancel the order. She said she would. I still was charged $22. I contacted customer care. Received a TEXT from someone telling me that they could only give me half?? I NEVER received the order. They complained about their employees pay. That isn’t my problem. If I don’t pick up the items due to the restaurant being inaccessible to me then I should not be charged.
Of course, the restaurant is clean and the food was fresh and good, but I wanted to say a word about the staff. I arrived at noon, around the same time that a homeless man from the neighborhood entered the store. I was greeted but the man was asked if he wanted a sandwich, which he was offered immediately --- already prepared and in a sack. The man spent the next 3 minutes talking at an unusually loud volume, and although I can understand many different dialects spoken in my part of the state, I could not understand anything this man said. The staff never flinched. He was treated with respect and the necessary attention. He left after a few minutes, and the staff smiled as he left, and then I was greeted again and my order was filled. The staff quietly and kindly met the needs of this man as if he were a treasured regular customer. In a world where there is so much cruelty and fear, the staff at this Subway should be commended for not only filling a belly with a nutritious meal --- but giving a man a moment of attention and respect. In the end, it is all any of us really craves.
Honestly don't try this location... Can't even keep the store open until actual closing time so if you're hungry at 8pm don't come to this location
Clean, lots of seating, fast service.
This subway does not accept coupons. At the owners request. The spinach nor the lettuce looked healthy. Looks like the Employees are made to skimp on the ingredients. I didn't say anything to the Employees (comparing to other Subways), they looked liked, this is just another job I'm looking for something else) Employees were friendly, but I will not visit again.
