Good food, friendly and fast workers. We mostly like Subway, because they have many choices of bread and they have steak too.
Ordered two sandwiches online, said be done in 15-20, 35 mins later its still not done. One customer in store on arrival
Ordered 2x footlong subs on the app and said it would be done in 15mins. Went shopping for about 20mins assuming for sure it would be ready for pick-up by then. Nope, apparently they forgotten or were to busy to get it ready. The app even said it was ready for pick up but my receipt order was just sitting there on the counter after the employee looked around. The employee did get started on the order but it did take another 10mins to get done. What's the point on ordering on the app then if they're just servicing only the people physically there? Also, this location does not participate or take any coupons what-so-ever so if you're trying to save a few bucks or in my case BOGO, I'd suggest you go elsewhere.
Can't pick up online orders due to theft. Have to wait in line. Employees don't wear uniforms or head covering. About as much atmosphere as a methadone clinic. The multiple claw machine games add a nice touch of decor. I suppose if you're visiting a Subway in the basement parking garage beneath the scuzziest Walmart in town, you have to expect certain things.
Skimpy on the sauce and meat… every single time.
Monica and her husband/son are absolutely awesome. Their customer is fantastic and they handle rude and belligerent customers very well. They protect their customers and have outstanding service.
The manager woman (not sure of her name sadly) who has a son there handled a situation with an entitled, disrespectful, and annoying customer very well. She deserves a raise!
