The most terrible experience ! I said a few words to the manager and every other customer in the store. “ I am very dissatisfied and disrespected for dishonoring my coupon.” This problems happened to me twice. The first time was just for a free bag of chips with any purchase. Simple coupon, seems straight and easy purchase. No, it’s was not. When checking out, I presented the coupons and the older lady very rudely said what I had order doesn’t allow the coupons to work. The next day I tried to use a footlong for 6.99 and the same problem happened. The manager this time is disrespecting me. Before I even ordered anything the manager telling me to read the coupons correctly. The manager telling me I can’t order #11 subway club series footlong. I order this sandwhich any where and ever where I go. I’ve gone to order subway stores and use coupons with no problem. The manager seems to be stingy and does want to accept any coupons and makes you pay full price. At this point the manager wants me to stop talking and leave. I’ve never be disrespected like this. The manager did not do anything to make the situation any better, just made things worse. I proceed to order my #11 subway club online. I had to download the app on my lunch break, order the sandwhich and applied the coupon. So tell me subway. Why do you allow this to happen in your stores ?! As long as manager work there I will not be returning. Most time I’ve walked in the fruit and vegetables are old and you can taste how bad the tomato’s are.
The experience I had in this restaurant was the worst of my life. As soon as I arrived I ordered two sandwiches, one of which I was going to pay with a coupon. I barely explained the situation to the lady who refused to give me her name, she got upset and started to faces at that moment she didn't care that much and I kept explaining to her that I wanted something additional in the sandwich she got upset and told me that you don't do that because I'm stupid, the truth is at that moment I didn't want to fight and I just let it go later I started to order the sauces and she started saying why it was taking me so long, what was wrong with me that I’m was an idiot. The good thing was that Mrs. Araceli came to serve me and finished my order and even though she was helping me, the other rude old woman also started to bother Mrs. Aracelis. Well I expect good compensation and one for Mrs. Aracelis for having someone like her working all day been so rude with the costumer and employees I’ll update if I get any compensation or something happen to see how the handle this situación
Es lamentable para el dueño de este local tener empleados que a las ocho de la noche te niegan el servicio en el lugar cuando el horario que se muestra en el cartel dice que trabajan hasta las nueve de la noche. Pagar renta, el sueldo de este empleado que no quiere trabajar, servicios, impuestos, etc. uy y la gente no quiere trabajar
Bad customer service. They close the door of the restaurant early and don't let you eat inside after 7pm. An old woman who works there is very aggressive and she yells at you. Food are old btw

No one on the staff speaks a lick of english. I thought this was the u.s.a. but apparently I missed the memo. They got My order wrong and couldn't fix it because they don't know the language of the land. Parking: Crammed parking lot
