I ordered online for pick up, the food was prepared the way I ordered it, but the customer service wasn't so good. I ordered 2 footlongs and 2 cokes. I got there and they wouldn't let me grab the 2 cokes because the cashier said that I only ordered 1. I had to stand there and wait for them to call their manager. She kept telling me I was wrong and that I didn't order 2 cokes but only ordered 1. That on her receipt it said that I ordered 1. Finally they figured it out after 20 minutes. When I checked the receipt it said "2 items (coke)". All that waiting for nothing, she just couldn't read the receipt.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER in a Subway store. The girl serving doesn’t even say Hi and with a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE since you walk in. If you don’t like the job just quit then. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!
Do not go to this subway and eat I order a subway chicken sandwich and when I got home to eat it the chicken is old I called subway to see if they can get me another sand-which and he tells me no there is nothing they can do sad of a place will never eat here again
Whoever opened today 1/4 /23 was very rude and disgusting I will never be back !!!!!
Food sucked and every time I asked for something they would just say oh we are out of this out of that. Even when I asked for sweat tea they said they were out of it as well. Didn't even say if you would wait x amount of minutes we can make more etc
Bacon is always flimsy and halfway cooked. Sandwiches just look sad.
