Subway

I went on Saturday there were two girls and a boy working, one was a girl with black hair and extensions curled all the way down her back who was reaching over the person making my sandwich dipping her hair onto my sandwich multiple times her hair should be up for sanitation reasons. The guy making my sandwich went to the fridge with his sanitation gloves on twice to get more veggies and came back with the same gloves on then continued to make my sandwiches. They were all over the place reaching over one another bumping into each other. Each person should have a station a cashier a veggie placer and an order taker each person should not try to tackle each station with each customer that is way too chaotic. The guy kept asking me what came on my sandwich and had no idea what he was doing and the two girls did not like him and were very rude and not helpful to teach him anything. They switched positions with each customer falling all over each other making the sandwiches in a chaotic unsanitary way. One of the girls slammed napkins down while I was trying to pay and hit my purse and knocked into my hands reaching over the boy who was trying to ring up my total. It was very unnecessary. $25 for two sandwiches was way over priced for this type of service. They need a supervisor on duty before someone gets hair in their food and food poisoning.

This is one of two Subway sandwich franchises in McMinnville and as always Subway delivers. I was greeted with a smile and the process of building my sandwich was on point. It was fast and pleasant. It was very clean including the rest rooms. The parking lot was small but the drive thru makes up for it. They are handicap and wheelchair accessible. The prices are competitive but are much better with the coupons they send in the mail.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star but everytime I come here the service is terrible. They don't even do the bare minimum. I ordered a sandwich with toppings and sauce and they gave me a peice of bread with only meat and nothing else. I am very disappointed and none of it is fresh. Waste of time and money and very unsatisfied. Don't recommend going here.

The service was awesome My sandwich and my daughters was great... honestly made my day better. Mis sanguches tenian una buena cantidad de ingredients y aqui no me trataron mal.

I never leave reviews. This time though it was bad customer service. I ordered on the app and when I went to pick up the two girl employees, were not very polite. I asked how long it would take, they responded with an attitude. When I went back in after I said thank you for their time and my sandwiches and again answered with an attitude. I understand it can be stressful and tiring. I’ve worked and continue to work in the food industry but always known to be respectful even in bad days. I will be taking my service elsewhere, after the continuous bad service I get at this location. This wasn’t the first time I get bad service.

We didn't get all the toppings that were standard on a club sandwich.
