If you don’t get the girl with the bad attitude out of this restaurant you are going to lose customers. Everyone here is so friendly besides one girl. She says her name is larelie no name tag so can’t be sure. She argues over promotions, she argues over checking you out with a gift card, and is down right rude to customers. Never says I’m sorry I can fix that she says well that’s your fault. Horrible customer service.
If I could do zero stars I would. It was an hour til closing time and my 4 kids and I were walking up to the store and the girl working started glaring at us. Once inside were weren’t greeted at all. All we got as a rude “FYI we are out of…”. This didn’t matter since we don’t get those things. I told her that was ok. I was attempting to talk to my kids to make sure they knew what they were going to order. I got rudely interrupted by her demanding to know how many sandwiches we wanted. Typically that doesn’t matter they go sub by sub and it was “asked” very snotty. This entire time this girl was rolling her eyes at us to the boy that was working with her. I got fed up and took my kids and left. We went down the road and got 5 delicious footlongs from the other store. This girl needs serious customer service training.
The food was great, but one of the young ladies making the sandwiches was very rude and impatient with our children. Kid-friendliness: Not very patient with young children
Vegetarian options: Salads are good but not much dressing options
Ordered on line. When it was delivered, it was not right. I called the store and spoke to a manager. All she could say was "whatever" and hung up on me.
Even though Josh was busy he was kind and professional, the sub was fresh and delicious.
