Food was good as always but $12 for on footlong sub is crazy.
Ordered online via the app. The food was made incorrectly. Ordered a double meat sandwich and it barely had any meat - parts of the sandwich was just bread with condiments on it. I reached out more than 4 times and got "we received your message" email promising they would follow up, but then there was no further response from subway's customer service.Photo of the "double meat" sandwich from the visit is attached.
I would love to speak to the owner, (who I have NEVER seen here) about this visit, I'm convinced they don't care anyway . They stopped taking coupons a long time ago and we have still remained a customer, but that's not even the reason for the bad review. I did do the survey from the receipt, so read it Mr or Ms owner. We come here quite often, NEVER a problem, but I'm thinking Publix subs might be in our future. Too bad.....
Wasn't the best sub but not the worst. Employees need to learn how to apply topping the entire length of the bread and not just in middle.
Service was great food is tasty. When I was getting ice there was something black in ice cube. No biggie dumped it and filled up with more ice. No more issues. Took one star off for that.
I love this Subway. They are very nice and make really good subs.
