They do not honor coupons. Buy one get one free. Gave me a hard time. Rude people and clearly do not want my business. Wont be back. Got nothing.

I'm so not happy. I went in yesterday to order a meal. It was great except I was told I couldn't not use buy get one free foot long coupon paying cash in store. The employees were friendly and the restaurant was clean. I was told that I could order only and use it for in store pick up. That was not correct but I used a buy one get one 50% footlong coupon. That isn't the real problem. My food was wrong when I got home after ordering online today. I double checked my paper receipt it was correct on the receipt and wrong on my two sandwiches. I had some extra veggies one and missing other items on both, not good. Then when I and my mother open our sandwiches and started eating there was hair in both of them! I'm not going to say I'll never go back but it's going to be a while or at least I won't be ordering online again.
