Just had the best experience at a Subway! Santana was friendly, energetic, and made a great sandwich.
One person spoke English, which is whatever. But they gave me a cold steak & cheese sandwich. I didn’t want the bread toasted. I didn’t want ice cold meat. I order this all the time from other stores, no issue.

Worst experience I have ever had at a subway. We ordered online and we did not get the right order. When called back for a refund the staff was rude and saying I am lying. Eating out is expensive no respect for customers. Will never return! Get new staff! And you all have nerve to ask for a tip. Then they expected me to drive back up there for the right subs. I offered to send a photo of the order and send it and the loud girl in back really arguing calling me a lier. Who would want to go back up there? We will not be returning to your subway! I work in food service and we would never treat a customer like that.
I haven't eaten at Subway in a long time, but I will be eating here more in the future. Food and customer service was above my expectations
