Ordered online for 2 footlong subs. Order was cancelled and I did not get my money back. Shows the money being taken out on my bank app. Manager insists that there is nothing he can do. Not the first time they have also done this to my friend at this location. Not happy. I have 4 kids. I work a full time job. I doordash to make money to eat. This was my lunch for 4 days. Y’all really telling me i dont get my lunch and can’t get the money back either?
Must love to see the sandwich guy standing out back of the store smoking weed during lunch rush. OMG.
They have these hoods now that cover the meat and cheese section so you cant see what they are putting in your sandwich. And they are barely putting any in. Every bite was bread and lettuce. You're better off getting a sub from Publix

I haven't eaten at Subway in 2 years & now I remember why. Last time I got food poisoning & this time I ordered 2 subs. My bfs with jalapeno & mine without since I'm allergic. His had no jalapenos & mine did but didn't know it till I started eating it & I've hardly been able to stay out of the bathroom since & my mouth & stomach are still on fire almost a day later! Thanks for ruining my New Year's! The girls working there obviously weren't paying attention. They were too busy talking about one of their bfs in jail & them getting bond. Completely unprofessional. You gotta do better.
My family ordered subs on the mobile. They were the worst subs!! We got 2 steak and cheese. There was no cheese on either, hardly any meat. One didn’t have barely any meat one half. That one absolutely awful the veggies were all mixed up between both and some missing. There was so much chipotle sauce it was all over the outside of the sub and all over wrapper. Incredibly messy to eat!! Beyond highly disappointed!!! Obviously whoever made them was not paying attention or didn’t care at all!!!
