Food is always good, but the man behind the counter looked a bit scruffy and dirty. He needs a new hat.

Service is usually good however, I had to wait a long time for this sandwich at the drive through today, just to get home and realise there's about 4 chunks of chicken on the sandwich. When I'm paying 6 pounds for a butty I want chicken on the whole thing, not just one mouthful.
