Closed at 7 when posted said 7:30 pm had called them at 6:30 pm and nobody answered.

I stopped going there for about 7-months because the sandwiches they were making were nothing like the pictures, meaning the meat (protein) was about a fouth of what is supposed to be. Tried today since Subway came out with a new menu and thought the owner would make the sandwiches with the amount of meat(protein) that was supposed to be on it and NOPE! Opened the sandwich and thought at first there was no meat, but it was hidden behind the lettice with AGAIN a fourth of what is supposed to be on it. Paying FULL price for a quarter of the sandwich. Corporate needs to look at this franchise as they are not making sandwiches per the SOPs!!!

Their sign says they close at 7:30. Showed up at 7:09 to find the doors locked and lights off

Ordered 2 sandwiches using the the BOGO deal on the app, one of the 2 sandwiches had half the meat and cheese that it normally comes with and I was told that when you use the BOGO deal and probably any deal they don't make the sandwiches the same way they would if you didn't use the deal.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Very rude and horrible customer service. A guy in evening was very rude. He placed 3 slices of cheese and when I asked extra, he just threw it on the bread rather than arranging properly. And then charged me 3$ for 3 extra slices of cheese. Never had this kind of experience in any other location. Owner should close this location rather than keeping this kind of rude employees who can not even give respect to their customers!!!!

Very rude service, the two ladies working should be fired as they will definitely lose business for the owner is they already haven’t. I’ve been to lots of places and I don’t complain, they were rude about any question, anything u ask and even during payment time. They are Hispanic rudest ladies ever.
