Our pickup time was 11:45. We took an hour to get to our order and when we got there, they told us they’re giving us a refund because they’re “cleaning the water out” and threw our order away. I mean they could’ve had TWO people (there were two or three people working at the front) made the orders while the OTHER ONE clean. They just our sandwiches away JUST BECAUSE OF THE RAIN! We wasted our time AND gas just for these people to throw order away. They could’ve just called and told us that they are going to refund after 20 minutes of us not being there. My husband and I just could’ve stayed home and not deal with the hour it took us to get there because of how flooded the streets were. Very angry with the workers there but whatever. If it rains bad to a point Federal and Broadway get flooded again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY!

Mal servicio al cliente ay una muchacha atendiendo de mala gana no dirigía ni la mirada ni un hola le avisaba estoy lista no había más clientes y no me respondía le pregunté que si no había otra persona que me atendiera y dice que no vez estoy haciendo una orden pero con modo de mal genio nose si no le agradó que le hablara español pero muy despota ojalá capacitaran más su personal en ser más amables

When you pay 28.00 for 2 sandwiches you should be able to pick what veggies you want not just what is suggested for that sandwich
I want to write this review for the service only . No matter where you work or what your position is Respect and customer service are number 1 . An associate named by Ashley was very disrespectful and yelling out rude comments. Will be reaching out to upper management.
