Subway

I asked for specific items went to the bathroom and came back to a sandwich I didn’t ask for . & when I brought it up they just looked at me like I was stupid . Don’t go to this location they don’t listen smh

Hands down the cleanest and most well kept subway I've been in, in a while. Who ever runs it takes pride in his work and it shows with the cleanliness and and well the prep is done.

Went over and beyond MY EXPECTATIONS! I called around to different Subways to request for 6 platters of subs. Either they did not answer their phones, they do not do catering there, or I had to call back and speak to the owner/manager at a later time. But not this Subway! The district manager, Mike, contacted me, was very accommodating, professional, and made me feel like a was a friend than a customer which I so appreciated! He followed up with me and reconfirmed my order prior to the date of needing the platters. The food was fresh, delicious, and had all the dressings on the side like I requested and more things that I didn't think of to ask for! He even texted me back to see if everything was okay. Superb job Mike and Subway at Riverside Pkwy! Will definitely use you all again and again! :)

I frequent the Riverside subway so everyone knows me. During the day that crew is wired. I went in today and The Hispanic lady was offended bc I was kind with small talk..... The man was awkward and rushing me out. After I was attempting to compliment his culture bc everyone is great buy a box of Crayola...... Not sure if it's management is to stuck up and harsh on rules. Not sure if sure if simple kindness is such a awkward thing. Regardless The night crew is awesome and make you feel comfortable great bedside Manor.

Disappointed in my recent order. We ordered 2 Great Garlic sandwiches because it’s our favorites. We are extremely disappointed. It was not made as ordered. It is missing ingredients which means missing flavor and just missed the mark… still hungry, very disappointed, $36.57 later…

Charges 3 dollars more for a footlong vs other subways. Greedy.
