Twice I've gone here during business hours. The open sign is lit up but the door is locked and the guy inside just shakes his head.
Employees had headphones in. I had to repeat my order several times for this reason. There were several flies in this location, one which landed on my order. I should have left as soon as it happened. My husband and I got food poisoning later that night.
Saw a fly sat on the bread, waiter changed the bread after I informed him. However, we all got stomach ache next day from the food. Waiter had earpod on, so it was kinda difficult to communicate with him. It didn't bother me that much but I am very disappointed with the food hygiene.
This store consistently messes up mobile orders, and I mean 8/10 times they will forget items you paid extra for (avocado, extra cheese, etc..). Not only is their order accurately lacking, but so is their customer service - smile and act like making my food isn’t a nuisance, please and thank you. Why go here when there are at least 7 other sub restaurants within 2 miles of this store? Answer: you shouldn’t.
