Wow. So stupid. The manager accepts all the coupons from the paper except the 3 for $19.99 So guess I'll try another store.

2nd time. Even worse than the first. Way over priced. I got just a single foot long sandwich. The one sandwich all by itself was $20. Their store door had a hand written note on the door that says they do not accept coupons. For the price of just that single foot long sandwich, I could have gotten a meal for 2 people without using a coupon, at Applebee's.

I went in the store watching a specific sandwich. I ended up walking out with a sandwich I did not want and was charged extra. I'm unsatisfied. The sandwich maker argued with me the whole way through making the sandwich.

Made an online order today. I went and picked it up and noticed I only got a 6-in when I ordered a footlong. I went right back in and the worker was happy to fix it by adding another 6in. However she argued with me that it was supposed to be a toasted sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese even though she was staring at the exact same receipt I was while making it. I asked her to toast it and she said no because it wasn't on the receipt, and gave me the normal plan bread instead of the Italian bread even though I tried to correct her and it said on my receipt. Not to mention on the first half of the sandwich I first got it was missing two of the items I requested on it but I had no time left of my break to go back and try to get it fixed. Paid $17 for a completely different sandwich than I ordered

The employee April was so sweet she made it such a great experience. She is so friendly and is has great customer service. She’s one of those rare people that you seek to hire to uplift your business. Don’t lose her!!!

This location does not accept coupons, which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. I feel like the owner/franchisee is just greedy. If the company gives out coupons I feel like every franchise should accept coupons

The food is ok but the customer service is just horrible ,very rude sassy attitude , there are flies in the lobby around all the food
