Dissatisfied with the owner !! Supposedly an Indian guy , I am truly disappointed in how you told your employees that we can’t use the coupons with the football specials , he said the owner an Indian guy didn’t let him use any coupons on the football special sandwiches. I was told the Indian guy which is the owner said coupons can only be used on build your own sandwich! I feel that this is unfair. I know we going through a recession but cmon broooo. Couldn’t even get the sandwich I wanted.
Elizabeth has a bad attitude with customers & she’s really rude to Margaret they do not need to be working together, Elizabeth’s hours need to be cut with her bad customer service the environment in there was heavy she was giving Margaret so much attitude / being rude you can tell she does not like working with Margaret Whether or not Elizabeth is just having a bad day don’t project your bad day onto your coworkers & customers
Never been much to enjoy a sandwich made somewhere other than home however they made me a pastrami which was delicious good job. Perfect for comimg home from Back to school day.
I had a bad experience with this Subway. What’s the point of having an Express Line and ignore a person waiting directly under it? The employees continued to provide service to the customers in line. I tried lodging a complaint. Even the receipt was missing information. I just stood to see how long they would continue to ignore me. I saw my order sitting on the counter. I made direct eye contact with them and they still didn’t acknowledge me. I have to wonder if I had been a person of another complexion would they still have ignored my presence. I wanted to ask them why do you think I’m just standing here directly under your Express Line? Furthermore, since they make it difficult to reach anybody to make a complaint tells me Subway doesn’t care about their customers.
Online ordering was easy and painless. Use coupons for best value. Curbside pickup works well enough.
