El chico que atendia al frente apenas ni hablaba, le pedi que bajara la tapa para ver lo que le queria hechar a mi pan y no, solo decia que miráramos el menú, pedi dos pan y cuando hizo uno guardo el otro estaba como desconcentrado, no entiendo la actitud de esta persona

Nasty place infested with roaches. Bathroom is dirty, and dark, to hide the fact that there are roaches everywhere. Disgusting

Said they wouldn't serve us because they had a big online order which they apparently prioritize over us, literally the only customers in their store. Thanks for nothing!!!

No bread, but he stayed open to serve me an awesome salad. Great job! I had a sub the second time- stick to the salads

I visited this store 1/21/24 around 8pm and they had no bread for subs. Store hours are listed until 11pm. I revisited tonight 1/22/24 around 830pm and the door is locked, the worker stated they are only doing online orders. This will be the last time I visit Subway. You would think for a restaurant chain who is struggling financially they would up the game. Very excited for Jersey Mike's to open at Celebration Pointe!!!

Was a hit or miss, the one person must have been training the other because they had no clue what they were doing. The register with checkout was a hot mess. The other person had to stop what they were doing and help out. Was a busy day. Food was typical.

Got to the store around 7:30. The door was locked even though the sign said open. Upon knocking, I was told I can't order in store and need to go on the app to place an order to pick up. Never heard someone turn back a customer who is at your door to a website to order. Never coming back again!

Siempre es bueno comer allí

When me and my family entered, we were told “only cash and we have no change”.. he said we had the option to order online. I proceeded to order our food online. Two other gentleman walked in and paid with cash and to my surprise, they got their change back. I wasted 5-10 minutes ordering our food online because “they didn’t have change” but the people after us got their change back. Two other people came in and they were told the same thing which made them leave. Idk but it just seems like they don’t wanna work. Honestly it’s a shame and should be entirely unacceptable.

Son irresponsables supuestamente las puertas abren a las 9:00 am fui a las 9:40 a desayunar y lo tienen cerrado y nadie salió
