Subway

I have been going to this store for three years. But today when I went in to place my order I was welcomed with a hi and a smile. But I noticed that some of the vegetable bins were empty. I asked why and was told the shift before did prep any and didn't fix the bread to be cooked. I also noticed when I walked in a pile of dishes stacked in the sink to be done by night shift. Was told they had a new manager and she had only been manager since Wednesday. Also had only been working for Subway for two weeks. This store had great service and employees but now most of them have quit. Someone needs to check into this and talk to the employees that are still left. Thank you for listening to my concerns.

This is 3rd time trying this store. We have learned our lesson and will never go back there. Do not accept coupons, had 2 young men working 10/29. The one putting veggies on sandwich made a big mess and could hardly get sandwich closed. Wheat bread was cooked too hard and tore apart as my husband eat his. Gloves never changed, handled pizza box, sacks and rung up order and then came and added veggies on my sandwich. I could continue with complaints but probably will not do anything about it as previous complaints same about the same!

Awful

Food was okay was not impressed I've had better subway but this one was just not up to expectations, the double chocolate cookie was good but nothing exciting, service was alright but overall I was disappointed.

You could do better if you weren’t so lazy. It takes nothing to make that bread nice and soft. Your chocolate cookie taste like Raspberries and I hate Raspberries!!! I bought an entire 6 pack and all of them tasted like it and I got a Sub and the bread was hard and slightly burnt on the ends. Your service is terrible here and always has been. I live right down the road. And I’ve been leaving tips despite the food tasting not so great. I am very very disappointed and just don’t want to return. Last 3 times have just been awful and furthermore I’m tired of the entitlement this younger generation has expecting tips. Didn’t get tips for fast food work back when I worked fast food. This is a new thing and it stinks.

Blasting music. Couldn’t hear. Immature childish acting employees. Treated customers poorly including a child. Got both orders wrong. Better off at McDonald’s drive thru.

We walked in and the young man working was in a conversation about how to cut the bread and never looked at us or acknowledged us,then a young girl came from behind wall and kept talking to him and never said anything.We walked out and heard him say"Happy Easter".Common courtesy needs to be taught to these two.

I started out with my order telling the server I wanted 3 12in on white. I was holding a coupon in my hand. When the server saw this, I was told we don't take those. They said that's what their manager said to say. I said to tell your manager that I'm sorry they don't accept coupons bc I got this coupon locally (3 miles away from this restaurant). I think they thought that I would order anyway, but I decided I would walk out, quietly. Maybe a big sign saying "we don't take coupons at this location" would have helped. We do like subway sandwiches, but I hope we can just get something else. Maybe they should rethink the way that they convey this to their patrons. Happily I went 3 steps out of their door and got Pizza Hut. So Pizza Hut got y'all's money tonight.

Pretty poor subway. They never take any of the coupons you get in the emails or ads as they are not participating. Ended up getting pizza tonight as did not feel like driving to Elgin.
