First time going to this subway. They were so nice. Everything was fresh. Facility is clean. My order was made right.
I always put No Mayonnaise!!! But someone that works their loves Mayo. So you will get Mayo on your sandwich, Every Single Time.
We want to give a huge shout out to the worker Ms. Bella. She was awesome and she needs a big raise. Employe of the month or something. Considering that she was the only person working tonight and my family and I came in at the last minute for dinner, she was nice and she was super quick. I’m not gone lie, there needs to be more of her. She made everything correctly and made sure to address if there was anything else.
No other customer in restaurant and I couldn’t get waited on. After a couple of minutes, employee looked up at me and just went back to what she was doing without saying a word.
Not a bad place. It was a bit messy but that’s to be expected with outlet stores.
Check your order if you order online.. if they are out of items , they won’t tell you or refund it. They’ll let you just leave without your stuff. Some of the employees are nice , some are arrogant and ignorant.
I love this location. Great customer service. The management always does an amazing job at checking on us when we dine it. I’ve really seen this location improve overall recently. Keep up the hard work! The assistant manager Bella deserves a pat on the back for the changes. Way to go!
Wish Subway would hire assistant managers that actually respect their employees. I did not catch the poor girls name who was being berated by Bella (the assistant manager who couldn’t have been more than 17). I walked in to a line in which the girl mentioned was the only one serving customers. The other employees were in the back blasting music through the speakers. Next thing you know the assistant manager, Bella, comes up and is getting on to the only girl helping customers IN FRONT of the other customers for not being fast enough. If it were me I would’ve walked out. Do better Bella. Or at least hire good assistant managers Subway.
Ordered online and the store refused to make my order. They said they didn’t have my order so I showed them the subway app and the order was placed. Still would not make my order and told me it was my problem. The brunette girl was very rude.
