Attentive service from the lady working
We ordered using the Subway app. We like to have our foot-longs wrapped separately; we realize some Subways won’t do this, but when they will it makes a roadtrip better so you can eat half and eat half later. After ordering, we received a phone call from the store; the gentleman says he didn’t like doing this, but he would do it this time, but never again. I agree, never again, because of his attitude! He said the sandwiches were made. I got here and he hadn’t even started on them. He sat on the phone for a while before even greeting me. It is obvious that customer service is not a priority for this store! Now to the food… worst sandwich’s ever! We ordered four sandwiches. All of them were extremely thin. Mine, the bread was smashed! Another was supposed to have sliced avocado but it was smashed. I would not recommend this location ever!
My bread was hard and they only gave me a few pieces of meat!!! They are unprofessional!! I’m calling the health department! This location needs to be shut down!!!! ASAP
Owner is always rude and off putting
What a terrible location staff and owner. I simply asked for a side of pickles and was rudely told no you get nothing and get out of my store by the owner. I wasn’t rude or insistent just politely asked for more pickles. I figured after paying $20 for a sandwhich a few pickles wouldn’t be a problem. Apparently it was. If this is how this owner treats his customers then I highly recommend you avoid at all costs. This should be embarrassing for subway, to let someone who is so poor at taking care of his customers, to the point where he refuses to make a sandwich how it’s ordered or give a few extra pickles then I hope they go out of business or subway take away his franchise. Either way I will never return to this store. What an absolute joke.
They do not honor coupons so don't waste your time
Couldn't find one of my two orders. Had to wait for him to remake the order and the hot subs got cold and soggy
