If I could, I would give 0. Very rude and unprofessional owner. It says open at 9:00. I was there at 9:15 and he was very rude and told me I have to wait for another 20 minutes and walked to the back of the store.
There food was cold and out of date I got very IL over there food never come here .
When my daughter ordered 3 Italian subs she got what she ordered. The other two were disgusting. Just pickles lettuce .and mayonnaise. The person making the food barely spoke any English. Didn’t know until I got the food home. When I called they said they didn’t understand me and to order from the app
The employee was very professional and friendly, she was helpful and treated me well. She prepared the two tuna sandwiches very well! Excellent service!!!
Ordered on door dash. They waited for my dasher to get there and made them call me to tell me they were out of my sub choice. Meatball marinara. While they did offer another option the meatball is all I like. It was well before close when the order was placed. Just disappointed. Now I have to eat something I don’t want because they can’t cancel the order and the dasher had already driven pretty far to pick it up. Won’t order from this location again.
This place is clean, however, when I was ordering my subs (total of 5 subs) the lady that was putting it together was talking to the other co-workers. I had to tell her that she cannot be talking whiling you put my subs together. I wish there were other subways in Hyde Park Ma. She did tell me that she was sorry for talking whiling making my subs. What is so sad about this is that the manager was there, and he did not tell her anything.
