These folks are nice. My only real gripe, which is more of a Subway issue than this location's, is their failure to participate in corporate promos. It's frustrating to walk into a restaurant and ask for a certain promo only to be told they don't do that one... On the positive side: Orders via the app are easy and I've never had issues. I think the recently installed shelves for order pickup are a great idea. Update 2023: Still super expensive. I shouldn't have complained before... But I respect the corporate issues that franchisees are trying to navigate.
