Poor Service!! I don’t usually write reviews but today was ridiculous. When did being ungrateful for your patrons become acceptable? A woman with no name tag completely ignoring me and as you can see in the photo no one else was in the store. She finished a customers order before me and then Instead of greeting me and taking my order she started a whole new order. I thought maybe the customer before wasn’t done and walked outside to their car. Turns out, she was doing an online order. Seems out of order that you would take care of an online order BEFORE the 1 customer standing in front of you. Seems out of order to me that the associate wouldn’t even greet their customer, maybe communicate that she had an online order in front of me. Ridiculous! Then 2 associates walk in, Cilia and Hayden (I may be spelling their names wrong but kiddos for having your name tags on), and they were nice, engaging, greeted me with a friendly smile and immediately started my order. I don’t know who the first woman was without the name tag but she’s in this photo. Please coach your associates on proper customer service. If my son had not asked me to purchase a sandwich from subway I would have walked out. When the Jersey Mikes next door opens, watch out because you’re on your way to losing your community’s business!
