Gave this location multiple chances, and never once have they gotten the order right. They always replace the pepper jack cheese with white American, and the vegetables have no flavor to them. With their prices having gone up as well, no reason to go to this place anymore
Please train your employees to wash their hands after sweeping or mopping. Don't just put on gloves. AND Do not touch a whole bunch of things while my sandwich is being toasted. Yesterday, the young lady was touching the thing that the stickers are in ( the stickers are used to seal the paper around your sandwich), because it didn't look clean. Nasty! DO BETTER!!!!
Very rude and unbothered customer service at this location tonight. 9/21/23. Employees looked mad to even make a sub, was unbelievable, we all have our days I get it as a human, but for a simple customer we can understand, but to rush and be so rude lost my service. There is a right and wrong of certain things but the young kid working needs training on his customer service which makes a company fail because it’s clear this young guy was not trained by the right leader ship. I see where it’s privately owned maybe yourself nor someone else who is fully trained for this to come in and be an example or leader not just look for bodies to be in the store with a open sign to collect people’s money, kinda selfish.
Fresh hot and fast service clean store
Decided to stop in at Subway this afternoon. Ordered a #1, a foot long cheesesteak, it had juicy steak with provolone cheese, cooked green peppers and onions. Slathered with mayonnaise. All of this on a toasted Artisan Toasted Bun. It was definitely tasty and hit the spot. Service was phenomenal as Precious did a phenomenal job. Won't hesitate to come back to this Subway.
