Subway

I went in to try the new footlong pretzel because Auntie Anne's is a favorite of mine, so I purchased two. Not sure if the young man who helped me was new or the process of how to fix the pretzel was not clear or he just didn't care but he grabbed them from the freezer placed them in the microwave,by the time they were done his Coworker(maybe store manager) took them and said, "you have to put the oil on them." She then places the oil/salt mix, bags then and serves them to me. Now this being my first time purchasing I took them and left. When I got home they were hard and most of the salt had fallen off so I ended up trashing them. I'm not sure if I would purchase them again(maybe from another subway but first impressions are everything) or just go to the actual restaurant.

Ordered delivery through the app plenty of times (they’re contracted with DoorDash). Food is always decent (decent, not great). This time I put the wrong address in… somehow added the Subway store address as the delivery address instead of my home. The dasher promptly contacted me and graciously remedied the issue. Grateful for their kindness and spirit of customer service.

Visited my wife on an evening after office. It's very close to my home in Germantown. Tried the Vegetable Pattie and loved it. Very well baked, fresh quality of bread, cheese and vegetables. Simply perfect. Even the staff was very helpful and friendly, will visit again. Definitely recommend this store.
